Do you accept walk-in patients?▼
Yes. Walk-in patients are welcome. Calling ahead at 587-330-3000 lets us prepare for your arrival and minimise your wait time — but it's not required for urgent concerns.
I'm a new patient — what do I need to bring?▼
Government-issued photo ID, your dental insurance card (if applicable), CDCP membership information (if applicable), a list of any medications you're taking, and any previous dental records if available. Arrive 5–10 minutes early for new patient paperwork.
Can I book for my whole family at once?▼
Yes. Let us know in the notes section how many family members need appointments and we'll schedule back-to-back slots where possible so you only make one trip.
How do I use my CDCP coverage at your clinic?▼
Simply let us know you have CDCP when you book. We'll verify your active coverage with Sun Life before your appointment. On the day, we bill Sun Life directly — you only pay your income-based co-pay (if any). No forms to fill, no reimbursement chasing.
Do you direct-bill my private insurance?▼
Yes. We direct-bill most major insurance carriers. Bring your insurance card to your appointment and we'll handle the billing. Please confirm your specific carrier when booking.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?▼
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer your slot to another patient. Call us at 587-330-3000 or email

What payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Interac e-Transfer, and cash. We direct-bill CDCP and most major private insurance carriers. For patients without insurance, we are happy to discuss payment plans for larger treatments.
